Come hear beautiful music composed by Songcatchers students! Join us for a concert featuring the original musical compositions of Songcatchers’ After-School Music Program students, in collaboration with Jon Deak, the Very Young Composer advocate for the New York Philharmonic.
Our young "Composers of the Future" class has been working hard to write, develop, and orchestrate their own original music. On March 6, 2022, the childrens' musical compositions will be performed by a string quartet of Songcatcher musicians. The concert will be held at the Ossie Davis Theater at the New Rochelle Public Library. This is a free concert; no cost for admission. Don't miss this wonderful family concert!
